Start
a Book Club in your Ward as an Enrichment Optional Activity!!!!!I have
been so encouraged by the response to my Book Club page. I hope many of you are enjoying the benefits of a book club
in your ward/neighborhood. I have had some people express to me that
their Bishop and/or RS president did not feel that a book club was appropriate for their ward. In such a case I would definitely
support their decision.
In our ward we meet the 4th
Wednesday of each month at the church. We take turns bringing refreshments and start out our discussion with a
game or quiz or crossword puzzle. Then we talk about the book. So far we've liked them all. We share our favorite parts, things
that were particularly meaningful to us and most we just have FUN!!!!
